A prominent consulting firm is looking for a Freelance HR Project Manager to join their team in the Brussels region. The role involves designing and leading HR transformation projects, supporting compliance in daily operations, and proactively coaching HR teams. Candidates must have at least 15 years of senior HR experience, be bilingual in Dutch and French, and possess strong project management skills. The position is freelance with a duration of 6 months, starting as soon as possible, and there is a possibility for remote work.
