Tenos is seeking an experienced Freelance HRIS Project Manager for our Belgian production site near Bruges. You will optimise HR, payroll and HRIS, collaborate with the Plant Director and European HR Director, and lead change initiatives to build a Lean HR organisation.

You will manage 3 FTEs, coordinate HR, IT and external suppliers, and advise on organisational design and governance. Remote work is possible within this 12-month freelance assignment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a project manager and change manager within HR, payroll and HRIS projects.
• Strong experience in HR process optimisation, including payroll, HRIS solutions, time registration systems and HR reporting.
• Thorough knowledge of employment and social legislation.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Hands-on, empathetic and structured, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels throughout change initiatives.
• Strong strategic insight combined with an operational mindset and the ability to translate complex challenges into concrete solutions.

Responsabilités

• Analyse and optimise HR and payroll processes and HRIS interfaces.
• Translate business needs into functional solutions.
• Design and implement the new organisational structure and HR processes.
• Coordinate collaboration between HR, IT, HRIS and suppliers.
• Lead change management with clear communication, training and adoption of new systems.
• Advise management on organisational design, workforce resizing, governance and culture.
• Manage and coach 3 FTE: 2 Payroll Officers and 1 Employer Branding Specialist.
• Act as an operational business partner for employees, unions and managers on complex HR matters.
