Randstad is seeking an experienced Talent Operations Liaison / Senior HR Officer to act as the operational backbone for HR functions in Belgium. You will partner with Talent Partners to translate business decisions into seamless lifecycle HR execution, with emphasis on Belgian employment law, compensation benchmarking, and HR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR/Business or related field.
• 5 to 10 years of hands-on HR experience in a multinational environment.
• Solid experience with Belgian employment law, offboarding, and union interactions.
• Strong analytical mindset for compensation data, job levels and market trends.
• Excellent command of English; French/Dutch as a plus; experience in matrixed international settings.

• Lead employee relations and offboarding, manage legal documentation and liaise with external legal advisors.
• Conduct internal equity analyses and external market benchmarking to shape offers and promotions.
• Maintain data integrity and organizational structure updates in SuccessFactors across teams.
