Job summary

Select HR in Belgium is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own the full recruitment cycle from intake to hire. You will combine day-to-day operations with strategic initiatives, strengthening the employer brand and partnering with HR leadership and hiring managers to shape a future-proof talent strategy.

You will work closely with the HR Manager, HR Business Partner, and hiring managers to drive strategic talent initiatives and ensure top profiles are engaged across levels in a production/industrial

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment.
• Combines strategic insight with a hands-on approach.
• Acts as a bridge across levels within the organization and guides decision-making.
• Takes initiative and suggests improvements to processes.

Responsibilities

• Discuss vacancies with hiring managers and define the right recruitment approach.
• Proactively search for experienced profiles via LinkedIn and other channels.
• Organize and track interviews and assessments.
• Report clearly on progress and results of recruitment campaigns.
• Develop and implement clear procedures and workflows.
• Manage data, tracking and reporting in a structured manner.
• Coordinate vacancy meetings and ensure transparent communication.
• Increase employer brand visibility in the job market.
• Build sustainable relationships with schools, partners and networks.
• Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and advise through the full selection process.
