Brussels-based Luxury company is seeking a Regional HRBP to oversee HR across Belgium and the Benelux market. You will report to the Regional HRD and ensure local implementation of HR strategy in line with Global HQ guidelines.

The role covers Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, HR Administration, CSR, and Health & Safety, with management of a Junior HR professional. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• University degree or higher education in Human Resources or a related field.
• Previous experience as an HR Manager or HRBP in Belgium is essential.
• International experience would be a strong advantage.
• Fluency in Dutch/Flemish and English is essential; French would be a plus.
• Previous experience in Luxury or Retail would be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Implement the HR strategy locally, in line with Global HQ guidelines.
• Oversee HR activities across the region, including Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, HR Administration, CSR, and Health & Safety
• Provide HR support and guidance to management across the Benelux markets.
• Manage and develop a Junior HR professional
