Healthineers Belgium is seeking an HR professional to support managers and employees on operational and administrative HR matters, ensuring compliance with Belgian labour law, accuracy of HR data, and smooth execution of processes across the employee lifecycle.

You will handle onboarding to offboarding, contracts, payroll coordination with the provider, absences and leaves, GDPR data management, and ongoing process improvements to drive HR operations efficiency.

Responsabilités

• Manage and coordinate all administrative HR processes from onboarding to offboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts, contract amendments, and other employment-related documents.
• Follow up on employee movements, including promotions, transfers, changes in working time, and organizational changes.
