Randstad Enterprise seeks an experienced HR Manager Benelux to lead the people agenda across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. You will act as trusted advisor to leadership and employees, shaping employee experience and supporting organizational growth in an international setting.

You will drive HR operations, talent management, and change initiatives with a strong focus on compliance and analytics across the Benelux region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in HR, including as HR Manager or Senior HRBP.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian and Dutch employment legislation and HR practices.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full employee lifecycle across Benelux, including onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding.
• Provide expert HR guidance to managers on employment legislation, employee relations, performance management, and workplace matters.
• Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development.
• Partner with senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
• Monitor HR metrics and support analytics; translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Lead local, regional, and international HR projects and transformation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and HR best practices across Benelux.
• Oversee payroll governance and collaboration with service providers for compliant payroll delivery.

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Manager Benelux to lead and drive the people agenda across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.

As a trusted advisor to both leadership and employees, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience, supporting organizational growth, and ensuring efficient HR operations. This position combines strategic HR business partnering with operational HR leadership and offers the opportunity to influence key business decisions in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding processes.
• Provide expert HR guidance to managers and employees on employment legislation, employee relations, performance management, and workplace matters.
• Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and employee growth programs.
• Partner with senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, employee engagement, and change management initiatives.
• Monitor key HR metrics and support workforce analytics, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Lead and contribute to local, regional, and international HR projects and transformation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices across the Benelux region.
• Oversee local HR operations, including payroll governance and collaboration with internal and external service providers to ensure accurate and compliant payroll delivery.

About you

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience within Human Resources, including experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian and Dutch employment legislation and HR practices.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.

Preferred experience

• Experience supporting commercial, sales, or matrix organizations within an international environment.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders while building strong working relationships.
• Experience in organizational development, talent management, employee engagement, and change management.
• Familiarity with HR analytics, workforce planning, payroll processes, and HR information systems.
