In4Matic is seeking an experienced IT project leader to drive end-to-end CRM transformation initiatives as part of a broader digital programme. You will steer delivery, coordinate Salesforce specialists, IT and data teams, and manage governance across stakeholders.

The role requires 10+ years in IT project management, 5+ years with Salesforce CRM, and success delivering multiple Salesforce projects. Strong architecture, data migration, and risk management skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• At least 10 years of experience in IT project management.
• At least 5 years of proven experience delivering Salesforce / CRM projects.
• Successful delivery of at least two significant Salesforce implementation, migration, or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, CRM processes, and integration challenges.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and external implementation partners.
• Proven ability to operate in complex, multi-stakeholder, matrix organisations.
• Strong business and IT acumen.
• Public-sector experience is an asset.

• Advanced IT project management and risk management capabilities.


• ITIL knowledge is a plus.


• PMI or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.


• Salesforce certification is a plus.

Practical Information
