Job summary

In4Matic in Belgium is seeking an experienced Senior SAP CRM Project Manager to drive complex business and technology transformation initiatives. You will take ownership of strategic projects from initiation through closure, guiding SAP and non-SAP teams across scope, timeline, budget and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as an IT Project Manager delivering large-scale projects.
• At least 3 years hands-on PM experience with SAP CRM and SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of SAP CRM and CX solutions; broad SAP modules knowledge is an asset.
• Proven experience in complex, multidisciplinary environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of PM², PMBOK, PRINCE2 and/or Agile.
• Experience with GDPR considerations within CRM environments is a plus.
• Experience with SAP Customer Data Cloud, including CIAM, is a plus.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for an experienced Senior SAP CRM Project Manager to lead complex business and technology transformation initiatives for our client. In this hands-on role, you’ll take ownership of one or more strategic projects from initiation through closure, ensuring successful delivery across scope, timeline, budget and quality. You’ll work at the intersection of business and IT, coordinating SAP and non-SAP teams and guiding stakeholders through complex transformation programs.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP CRM, SAP S/4HANA and related CRM transformation projects, from scope definition and planning through implementation and closure.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Organize and align multidisciplinary SAP and non-SAP delivery teams to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery.
• Establish and maintain an effective project organization and ensure adherence to project governance, methodologies, standards and templates.
• Monitor project performance and progress and provide clear reporting, dashboards and presentations to stakeholders and steering committees.

Profile & Experience

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as an IT Project Manager delivering medium to large-scale projects in terms of scope, budget, timeline and quality.
• At least 3 years of hands-on Project Management experience with both SAP CRM and SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of SAP CRM and related CX solutions, with broad functional knowledge of SAP modules and business domains considered an asset.
• Proven experience working in complex, multidisciplinary environments with multiple business and IT stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PM², PMBOK, PRINCE2 and/or Agile.
• Experience with customer data management, including GDPR considerations within CRM environments, is a plus.
• Experience with service management, lead-to-contract processes or related CRM domains is an advantage.
• Experience with SAP Customer Data Cloud, including CIAM, and SAP Sales & Service Cloud is a plus.
• Experience managing integrations between SAP CRM, customer data platforms and external applications through middleware such as SAP PI or SAP CPI.
• Experience with integration between SAP and external planning or operational platforms is an advantage.
• Experience in a complex transport or mobility environment is considered a plus.
• Strong experience with Jira; ServiceNow knowledge is an additional advantage.

Working Approach

You are a hands-on and results-oriented Project Manager who combines strong SAP expertise with excellent stakeholder and leadership skills. You are comfortable navigating complex transformation environments, bringing together multidisciplinary teams and turning challenging business requirements into successful project outcomes. You communicate confidently at both operational and executive level and are able to negotiate, facilitate decisions and maintain momentum throughout the project lifecycle. Professional fluency in English is required, together with strong proficiency in Dutch or French and good knowledge of the other national language.
