Job summary

EngiFlex BV is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex Salesforce and CRM initiatives within a multi-year digital transformation. You will focus on delivery, integration and operational handover across IT and business teams.

You will manage scope, budgets and risks while coordinating experts, stakeholders and external partners. A strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and data migration is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Hands-on experience delivering Salesforce/CRM projects (5+ years).
• Delivered at least two major Salesforce implementations or migrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce and CRM projects from initiation through deployment and transition to operations.
• Manage scope, planning, budget, quality, risks and interdependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate Salesforce specialists, IT and data teams, business stakeholders and external implementation partners.
• Oversee CRM configuration, customisation, systems integration, middleware and API-related activities.
• Supervise data migration and ensure continuity between CRM solutions and connected platforms.
• Align CRM deliverables with business processes, cloud environments and enterprise architecture guidelines.
• Coordinate testing, user acceptance, deployment and handover to RUN.
• Monitor dependencies with other applications, platforms and transformation streams.
• Provide structured reporting, elevate issues on time and ensure compliance with programme governance.
• Identify delivery risks early and propose pragmatic corrective actions.

Tasks and responsibilities

A multi-year digital transformation programme is underway to modernise the IT and data landscape, improve business processes and reinforce internal capabilities.

The Senior IT Project Manager will take the lead on complex Salesforce and CRM initiatives within this broader transformation roadmap, with a focus on delivery, integration and operational handover.

Mission

• Lead Salesforce and CRM projects from initiation through deployment and transition to operations.
• Manage scope, planning, budget, quality, risks and interdependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate Salesforce specialists, IT and data teams, business stakeholders and external implementation partners.

Your profile

• You have at least 10 years of experience in IT project management.
• You bring at least 5 years of hands-on experience delivering Salesforce or CRM projects.
• You have successfully delivered at least two major Salesforce implementation, migration or transformation projects.
• You have a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, CRM processes, platform integration and data migration challenges.
• You are experienced in API, middleware and systems integration within complex IT environments.
• You have worked in cloud-based environments and understand the impact on project delivery and integration.
• You are confident managing multidisciplinary teams, external suppliers and stakeholders in matrix organisations.
• You combine business understanding with solid IT project management expertise.
• You have strong stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills.
• You are comfortable with risk management and structured project governance.
• Knowledge of ITIL is an asset.
• A PMI or Prince 2 certification is an asset.
• Public-sector experience is an asset.
• Salesforce certification is a plus.
• You can work professionally in Dutch, French and English.
