Parking.brussels seeks a Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex Salesforce and CRM transformation projects as part of a multi-year digital programme. You will manage scope, planning, budgets, risks and governance, coordinating IT, Data and external partners to deliver on the roadmap.

Dates: 2026-11-03 — 2027-11-02

Arrangements: Full-time (12 months); hybrid working; regular assignment

Parking.brussels is carrying out a multi-year digital transformation programme to modernise its IT and Data environment. The initiative aims to improve business processes and strengthen internal capabilities. A Senior IT Project Manager will lead complex Salesforce and CRM transformation and integration projects. The role contributes directly to the wider digital transformation roadmap.

The consultant will manage CRM projects from initiation to deployment and operational handover. Responsibilities cover scope, planning, budgets, quality, risks, dependencies and programme governance. The role also oversees configuration, customisation, integrations, data migration, testing and user acceptance. Close coordination is required with Salesforce specialists, IT and Data teams, business stakeholders and external suppliers.

The programme is led by the Head of Transformation, supported by IT, Data and PMO Managers, a Business Partner / Functional Analyst and an Architecture Review Board. Applicants need substantial IT project management and Salesforce delivery experience, including at least two major projects. The assignment is full-time for 12 months in Brussels with hybrid working. Public-sector experience and relevant certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce CRM projects from initiation through deployment and operational handover
Manage scope, planning, budget, quality, risks and dependencies
Coordinate Salesforce specialists, IT/Data teams, business stakeholders and external suppliers
Oversee CRM configuration, customisation, integration and data migration activities
Ensure alignment of CRM solutions, business processes and enterprise architecture
Coordinate testing, user acceptance, deployment and transition to RUN
Manage dependencies across applications, platforms and digital transformation projects
Ensure reporting, timely escalation and programme governance compliance

Must Have

Minimum 10 years of IT project management experience
Minimum 5 years of proven Salesforce / CRM project delivery experience
Successful delivery of at least two significant Salesforce implementation, migration or transformation projects
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture
Strong understanding of CRM processes
Strong understanding of CRM integration challenges
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams
Experience managing external implementation partners

Nice to Have

Public-sector experience (asset; intermediate level, used within 1–3 years)
ITIL knowledge (nice to have; used within 1–3 years)
PMI / PRINCE2 certification (nice to have; used within 1–3 years)
Salesforce certification (nice to have; used within 1–3 years)
