Job summary

Rhox is seeking a senior IT project manager to lead Salesforce/CRM transformation, integration and data migration from initiation to handover. You will manage scope, budgets and schedules while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external partners to ensure delivery.

You will align CRM processes with enterprise architecture, oversee configuration, testing and deployment, and report progress with escalation when needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT project management.
• 5+ years delivering Salesforce/CRM projects, including two significant implementations, migrations or transformations.
• Salesforce architecture, cloud, API/middleware and systems integration.
• Stakeholder management in complex matrix environments.
• Business and IT understanding.
• English (B2), French (C1), Dutch (B1).
