Job summary

Pauwels Consulting is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Transformation Lead to drive end-to-end digital initiatives in the transportation and logistics sector from initiation to closure.

You will coordinate cross-technical delivery teams, manage scope, budget, and quality, and report progress through dashboards to C-suite, leveraging PM²/PMBOK/PRINCE2 and SAP ERP solutions including SAP CRM and SAP S/4HANA.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in IT environments delivering medium to large-scale projects.
• 3+ years experience with SAP CRM and SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Strong knowledge of PM², PMBOK, PRINCE2 or Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

Our client, a major organization in the transportation and logistics sector, is looking for a seasoned professional to drive enterprise transformation projects. This role focuses on overseeing the delivery of complex digital solutions from initiation to closure, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and quality standards.

• Manage the overall scope definition, planning, and delivery of major enterprise projects until successful closure.
• Coordinate between various technical delivery teams to ensure a unified end-to-end solution.
• Monitor project performance and progress while managing resource planning and budget allocation.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations through regular reporting and executive dashboards.
• Analyze complex business processes to translate functional requirements into actionable project deliverables.
• Implement risk and issue management strategies to safeguard project timelines and quality.

• You possess 10+ years of project management experience in IT environments delivering medium to large-scale projects.
• You have 3+ years experience specifically with SAP CRM and SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• You bring a strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PM², PMBOK, PRINCE2, or Agile.
• You're experienced in managing cross-application processes and middleware integrations like SAP PI or SAP CPI.
• You possess professional expertise in stakeholder negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision facilitation.
• You have experience using JIRA for project tracking and management.
• Proactive and solution-oriented with excellent executive communication skills.
• You are fluent in English (C-level) and either Dutch or French (C-level) with at least B2 level in the other language.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with SAP CDC, CIAM, and SAP Sales & Service Cloud Version 2.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow for operational workflows.
• Experience in the railway context or functional domains like lead-to-contract and GDPR.
• Familiarity with Sqills (S3) integration.
• Broad functional knowledge of various SAP modules.
