You will drive governance, delivery quality and alignment with enterprise architecture. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in IT project management, 5+ years delivering Salesforce projects, and a proven track record of multi-stakeholder

Our client is implementing a multi-year digital transformation programme to modernise its IT and Data environment, improve business processes and strengthen internal capabilities.

The programme is orchestrated by the Head of Transformation (Digital Strategy Manager), supported by IT, Data and PMO Managers, a Business Partner / Functional Analyst and an Architecture Review Board (ARB).

In this context, the client is seeking the services of an experienced Senior IT Project Manager with strong Salesforce / CRM expertise to lead complex CRM transformation and integration projects, ensure successful delivery and contribute to the overall digital transformation roadmap.

Mission

• Lead Salesforce / CRM projects from initiation to deployment and operational handover.
• Manage scope, planning, budget, quality, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate Salesforce specialists, IT/Data teams, business stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Oversee CRM configuration, customisation, integration and data migration activities.
• Ensure alignment between CRM solutions, business processes and enterprise architecture.
• Coordinate testing, user acceptance, deployment and transition to RUN.
• Manage dependencies with other applications, platforms and digital transformation projects.
• Ensure clear reporting, timely escalation and compliance with programme governance.
• Anticipate delivery issues and propose pragmatic corrective actions.

Profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management.
• Minimum 5 years of proven Salesforce / CRM project delivery experience.
• Successful delivery of at least two significant Salesforce implementation, migration or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, CRM processes and integration challenges.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and external implementation partners.
• Proven experience in complex, multi-stakeholder and matrix organisations.
• Strong business and IT understanding.
• Public-sector experience is an asset.
