Job summary

Keystone Solutions seeks an experienced Senior IT Project Manager with strong Salesforce/CRM expertise for a consultancy mission at a client site in Belgium. You will lead complex CRM transformations and integration projects within a multi-year digital transformation programme aimed at modernising IT and data environments.

The role requires coordinating IT/Data teams, stakeholders and external partners, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of IT project management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce/CRM project delivery experience.
• Delivery of at least two Salesforce implementations, migrations or transformations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, CRM processes, and integration challenges.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
• Proven experience in complex, multi-stakeholder and matrix organisations.
• Strong business and IT understanding.
• Public sector experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce/CRM projects from initiation to deployment and handover.

This role involves leading complex CRM transformation and integration projects as part of a multi-year digital transformation programme aimed at modernising IT and Data environments, improving business processes, and strengthening internal capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Salesforce / CRM projects from initiation to deployment and operational handover.
• Manage scope, planning, budget, quality, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate Salesforce specialists, IT/Data teams, business stakeholders, and external suppliers.
• Oversee CRM configuration, customisation, integration, and data migration activities.
• Ensure alignment between CRM solutions, business processes, and enterprise architecture.
• Coordinate testing, user acceptance, deployment, and transition to RUN.
• Manage dependencies with other applications, platforms, and digital transformation projects.
• Ensure clear reporting, timely escalation, and compliance with programme governance.
• Anticipate delivery issues and propose pragmatic corrective actions.

Profile Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management.
• Minimum 5 years of proven Salesforce / CRM project delivery experience.
• Successful delivery of at least two significant Salesforce implementation, migration, or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, CRM processes, and integration challenges.
