Job summary

Zeta Global is seeking a Client Success Manager to grow a regional portfolio and ensure client satisfaction and retention. You will leverage the Selligent platform to drive consumer-first marketing programs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.

You will identify opportunities to expand usage, onboard new clients, and manage ongoing campaigns with travel as needed. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with a dynamic, entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong email/SMS/push/web personalization focus.
• 5+ years in advertising/marketing, 3+ years in account management.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced env.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to set priorities and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Retain, grow, and develop accounts through regular interactions and onsite visits.
• Identify opportunities to increase product usage across client marketing strategies.
• Participate in the sales cycle including proposals, scoping, pricing, demos, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with Technical Architects, Deliverability experts to deliver sound solutions.
• Drive product adoption and business development with Zeta Global ecosystem partners.
