Job summary

Vlerick Business School, in collaboration with Great Place To Work®, seeks a Customer Success Manager to manage a diverse portfolio of high-touch clients, onboard, advise, and train on the GPTW platform to maximise adoption.

You will act as trusted advisor, translate client needs into customised proposals, coordinate international projects, and help clients act on survey results. This role combines campus presence in Ghent/Leuven/Brussels with home-office flexibility.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, communication, or related field (open to bachelors with relevant experience).
• Strong communication skills in English and Dutch; fluency in French is a plus.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-touch client portfolios via online interactions, onboarding, advising, and training to ensure platform adoption.
• Act as a Trusted Advisor, demonstrating value of Great Place To Work.
• Understand clients’ needs and frame Emprising benefits to align with objectives.
• Deliver findings to customers in Culture Coaching sessions and translate needs into customised proposals.
• Coordinate international projects with other GPTW countries for seamless execution.
