Exhibitly.ai is hiring a Customer Success Manager to build the function from scratch and own every client after the deal. You will onboard, configure, and support events, driving value quickly and turning results into renewals.

You will automate onboarding journeys, translate client feedback into product needs, and spot opportunities to expand with portfolio organizers. This role is based in Ghent, Belgium, with equity and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Experience building and owning a customer success function.
• Ability to onboard customers and drive time-to-value.
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM dashboards and analytics tools.

Responsabilités

• Own onboarding, setup, support, and renewals after deal closure.
• Configure client widgets and dashboards; shorten time-to-value.
• Package and present results to encourage renewals and future bookings.
• Design and automate onboarding workflows, templates, and self-serve setups.
• Help scale CS to 1,000 events; document processes and playbooks.
• Act as a bridge to product, conveying client needs for improvements.
• Identify expansion opportunities within client portfolios.
