Zusammenfassung

Bizzy is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own a book of business from kickoff to renewal and upsell. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering and the CS team from our Ghent office, with three days in office and two remote.

You’ll manage renewals, drive adoption, and coach customers to maximize Bizzy usage while identifying expansion opportunities and safeguarding at-risk accounts. Fluent Dutch and English, French helpful for calls, with a data-driven mindset.

Qualifikationen

• At least one year in Customer Success or Account Management at a SaaS company.
• Led renewal, pricing and negotiation conversations, and owned retention/expansion as your target.
• Check product usage before CRM notes and keep CRM clean for others.

Aufgaben

• Own your book of business, renewals and expansion as your number.
• Lead onboarding after Sales signs a deal and drive first value for the customer.
• Drive adoption by training users until licences are used.
