Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT), a Danaher operating company, seeks an EMEA Application Scientist to deliver professional customer service and technical support to IDT customers before and after sale, with assay design expertise.

The role reports to the Senior Manager of Scientific Applications Support, EMEA & APAC, and is fully remote in Belgium; candidates should have a Biology degree and genomics experience; a MS/PhD is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
• 3+ years genomics applications in lab or life sciences industry.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support for genomics products.
• Troubleshoot product use and applications using customer data and IDT databases.
• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Support other IDT service departments and Sales through consultation or escalation.
• Handle intake and completion of custom design requests.
