Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT), a Danaher operating company, seeks an EMEA Application Scientist to deliver expert pre- and post-sales support for genomics products. This remote Belgium role involves collaborating with the EMEA Scientific Applications Support Team to assist customers and drive genomics breakthroughs.

The ideal candidate has a biology/chemistry background with 3+ years in genomics applications, strong communication, and solid Microsoft Office skills; MS/PhD is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related science field required.
• 3+ years of experience with genomics applications in industry or academic research environments.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and proficient typing.
• Excellent communications skills required.

Responsabilités

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support for IDT customers.
• Troubleshoot product use and applications using customer data and IDT databases.
• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Support IDT service departments and Sales through consultation or escalation of product questions.
• Handle intake and completion of custom design requests.
