Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT), a Danaher operating company, seeks an EMEA Application Scientist to deliver pre- and post-sales technical support for genomics products. The role is fully remote in Belgium and reports to the Senior Manager of Scientific Applications Support, EMEA & APAC.

You will design assays, provide expert guidance, and develop technical content for customers while collaborating with global partners. A strong biology background and customer-facing experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry or related science field is required.
• At least 3 years of genomics applications experience in industry or academia.
• Previous customer-facing experience and strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and typing.

Responsabilités

• Provide pre- and post-sale technical support to IDT customers.
• Troubleshoot product use and guide applications with customer data.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email and chat.
• Support other IDT departments and escalate product questions as needed.
• Handle intake and completion of custom design requests.
