Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT), a Danaher operating company, offers a fully remote role in Belgium as an EMEA Application Scientist. You will provide pre- and post-sale technical support, assist with experimental design, and create training content for customers across the EMEA region.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in biology/chemistry and 3+ years in genomics applications, with strong communication and office skills to support global partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related science field required.
• At least 3 years of genomics applications experience in industry or academia.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and typing.
• Excellent communication skills required.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with and support customers to provide pre- and post-sales technical support for a growing genomics focused product offering.
• Troubleshoot product use and applications by using customer provided data and information, as well as IDT sales and manufacturing databases.
• Answer all customer inquiries received by phone, email and chat.
• Support other IDT service departments and Sales through consultation or escalation of product questions, customer issues, and technical inquiries as needed.
• Handle the intake and completion of custom design requests.
