Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT), a Danaher operating company, is seeking an EMEA Application Scientist to provide expert customer service and technical support for genomics products from Belgium. You will design assays, advise customers pre- and post-sale, and help create technical content for training.

The role reports to the Senior Manager of Scientific Applications Support, EMEA & APAC, and offers a fully remote setup in Belgium with opportunities to collaborate across global teams and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related science field required.
• At least 3 years of experience with genomics applications in industry or academic labs, or life science industry, required.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is required.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and typing proficiency.
• Excellent communications skills required.

Responsabilités

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support for a growing genomics-focused product offering.
• Troubleshoot product use and applications using customer data and IDT databases.
• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Support other IDT service departments and Sales through consultation or escalation of product questions.
• Handle intake and completion of custom design requests.

Formation

Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related science field

MS/PhD preferred
