Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT), a Danaher operating company, is seeking an EMEA Application Scientist to provide pre- and post-sale technical support for genomics products and assist customers with assay design.

This fully remote role based in Belgium reports to the Senior Manager of Scientific Applications Support, EMEA & APAC, and collaborates with global partners to accelerate genomics progress and improve lab outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related science field required.
• At least 3 years of experience with genomics applications in industry or academia.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is required.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support for genomics products.
• Troubleshoot product use and assay design with customer data and internal databases.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Support other IDT service departments and Sales through escalation of product questions.
• Handle intake and completion of custom design requests.
