Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT), a Danaher operating company, seeks an EMEA Application Scientist to provide pre- and post-sale technical support for genomics products. The role is fully remote in Belgium and serves IDT customers across Europe.

You will apply assay design expertise, develop training content, and collaborate with the Senior Manager of Scientific Applications Support to drive customer success across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related science field required.
• At least 3 years of experience with genomics applications in industry or academic research.
• Previous customer-facing experience preferred.
• Excellent computer skills including MS Office and strong typing.
• Excellent communication skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support for IDT customers.
• Offer experimental and assay design guidance to customers.
• Develop technical content and training materials.
• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Collaborate with Sales and other departments to escalate and resolve technical questions.
