Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT), a Danaher operating company, is hiring an EMEA Application Scientist to provide pre- and post-sale technical support for genomics products from Belgium. This remote role reports to the Senior Manager of Scientific Applications Support and focuses on assisting customers, troubleshooting, and developing technical content.

Requirements include a biology/chemistry degree with 3+ years genomics experience, strong communications, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related science field required.
• At least 3 years of experience with genomics applications in industry or academia.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and typing.
• Excellent communications skills required.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with and support customers to provide pre- and post-sales technical support for genomics-focused products.
• Troubleshoot product use and applications using customer data and IDT databases.
• Answer all customer inquiries by phone, email and chat.
• Support other IDT service departments and Sales through consultation or escalation of product questions and issues.
• Handle the intake and completion of custom design requests.
