Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT), a Danaher operating company, is hiring an EMEA Applications Scientist to provide pre- and post-sale technical support for genomics products from Belgium. You will design experiments, advise customers, and develop training content for regional teams.

The role reports to the Senior Manager of Scientific Applications Support and is fully remote in Belgium, with collaboration across IDT’s EMEA & APAC teams and partners worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related science field.
• At least 3 years of experience with genomics applications in industry or academic research laboratory environment.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and typing.
• Excellent communications skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide pre- and post-sale technical support to IDT customers.
• Troubleshoot product use and applications using customer data and IDT databases.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email and chat.
• Support other IDT service departments and Sales through consultation or escalation as needed.
• Handle intake and completion of custom design requests.
