Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) is seeking an EMEA Application Scientist to provide expert pre- and post-sale technical support and design assistance for a growing genomics product line. The role is fully remote within Belgium and reports to the Senior Manager of Scientific Applications Support, EMEA & APAC.

You will collaborate with global partners to advance genomics initiatives and support customers across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related science field required.
• At least 3 years of experience with genomics applications in industry or academic settings, or relevant experience.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and typing.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with and support customers to provide pre- and post-sales technical support for a growing genomics product offering.
• Troubleshoot product use and applications using customer data and IDT databases.
• Answer all customer inquiries received by phone, email and chat.
• Support IDT service departments and Sales through consultation or escalation of product questions.
• Handle intake and completion of custom design requests.
