Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT), a Danaher operating company, seeks an EMEA Application Scientist to provide pre- and post-sale technical support for genomics products from a remote Belgium base. You will design experiments, advise on assays, and develop technical content and training for customers.

The role reports to the Senior Manager of Scientific Applications Support, EMEA & APAC. The position emphasizes collaboration with global partners on cancer, infectious disease, and genetic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related science field.
• At least 3 years of experience with genomics applications in industry or academia.
• Previous customer-facing experience is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support for a genomics product offering.
• Troubleshoot product use and applications using customer data and internal databases.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Collaborate with IDT service and Sales teams to resolve questions and escalations.
• Handle intake and fulfillment of custom design requests.
