The EMEA Scientific Applications Support team seeks a proactive professional with biology/chemistry background and strong MS Office skills to help researchers advance genomics breakthroughs globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related science field required
• At least 3 years in genomics applications in industry or research
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office

Responsabilités

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support for genomics products
• Troubleshoot product use using customer data and IDT databases
• Answer customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat
• Support IDT service departments and Sales through consultation or escalation
• Handle intake and completion of custom design requests
