Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT), a Danaher operating company, seeks an EMEA Application Scientist to provide pre- and post-sale technical support for genomics products and to develop training content. This fully remote role in Belgium reports to the Senior Manager of Scientific Applications Support and collaborates with global partners to accelerate genomics breakthroughs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related science field required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience with genomics applications in industry or academia.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accurate typing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support for a growing genomics product offering.
• Troubleshoot product use and applications using customer data and internal databases.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Support other IDT departments and Sales through consultation or escalation.
• Handle intake and completion of custom design requests.
