Qualifications

• Experience in a customer‑focused role, preferably in an administrative capacity.
• Previous experience in a call‑centre environment is beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

• Manage daily assigned workload and follow up on individual cases.
