Qover in Brussels seeks a Customer Care Frontline Officer to deliver exceptional support in Dutch and English, serving as the friendly voice for insurance questions, claims and service requests. You will handle inquiries by email and phone, log actions, translate terms into clear explanations, and assist with payments and CRM updates.

Ideal graduates with a MA or BA in languages or related fields who are eager to learn.

Qualifications

• Native-like proficiency in Dutch and English (written & spoken).
• Recent graduate with a MA or BA in languages, business or related.
• A passion for excellent customer service.
• Prior experience in customer support is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Handle customer inquiries via email and phone in Dutch and English.
• Listen, understand and summarize customer needs clearly.
• Guide customers through procedures and help them with claims information.
• Track and log requests, complaints and outstanding actions.
• Translate insurance language into clear, customer-friendly explanations (training provided).
• Support inbound sales conversions by providing helpful product insights.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as payments follow-up, contract changes, mail handling and CRM updates.
