Qover in Brussels is seeking a Customer Care Frontline Officer to support customers in German and English. You will be the friendly voice helping with insurance questions, claims, and service requests while developing strong communication and operational skills.

No insurance background is required; comprehensive training is provided to set you up for success. Enjoy a flexible work setup with up to three remote days per week and a welcoming team in Brussels.

Qualifications

• Native-like proficiency in German and English (written & spoken).
• Degree in languages, business, or related field.
• Prior customer support experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Handle inquiries via email and phone in German and English.
• Understand and summarize customer needs clearly.
• Guide customers through procedures and claims information.
• Log requests and complaints and track actions.
• Assist with CRM updates and payments follow-up.
