Allianz Partners in Brussels seeks a Care Advisor to support customers across languages as the first point of contact. You will respond to queries about cover, claims, hospitalisations and coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely, high-quality service.

You will work in an AI-enabled environment, manage data securely, adhere to governance standards, and help ensure customer satisfaction while meeting deadlines and shift patterns.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused role, in an administrative capacity.
• Ability to work in a pressurized environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.

Responsabilités

• Responding to queries regarding cover, claims, hospitalisation, complaints.
• Commit to the department's service standards, including a 24-hour turnaround for written communication.
• Multi-tasking of daily workload and ad hoc assignments with follow-up on cases.
• Develop product knowledge to provide timely and accurate information to clients.
• Coordinate with in-house medical team for admissions, evacuations and repatriations as required.
• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Work in an environment shaped by AI, ML, data analytics and cloud-based tools with data governance.
