Qover in Brussels is seeking a Customer Care Frontline Officer to support customers in German and English, addressing insurance questions, claims and service requests. You’ll be the friendly voice and problem-solver helping users navigate a range of inquiries.

You will handle inquiries by email and phone, translate insurance language into clear explanations and log all actions. This hybrid role includes remote days and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Native-like German and English proficiency in writing and speaking.
• MA or BA degree in languages, business or related field.
• Strong customer service mindset and teamwork.
• Experience in customer support is a plus.
• Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new systems.

Responsabilités

• Handle customer inquiries via email and phone in German and English.
• Summarise customer needs clearly for fast resolution.
• Guide customers through procedures and claims information.
• Track and log requests, complaints and actions.
• Translate insurance language into clear explanations (training provided).
• Support inbound sales conversions with product insights.
