Hospitality Talents is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive – MICE for a branded property in Brussels. You will proactively hunt new MICE business, own and grow a portfolio of clients, and craft standout proposals while negotiating profitable contracts.

You will represent the property at trade shows and client events, collaborating with Groups & Events, Revenue and Marketing to ensure flawless delivery and strong market positioning in Brussels.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in groups & events coordination (or a similar commercial role) in the hospitality sector.
• A network of MICE clients — local and/or international — that you can activate from day one.
• Hunter mentality: you love the chase and you close.
• Communication and negotiation skills that make clients want to say yes.
• Fluent English and French; Dutch is a strong plus and any additional language is an asset.
• Structure, attention to detail and energy to thrive in a fast-paced opening environment.

Responsabilités

• Open doors: proactively hunt new MICE business — corporate groups, conferences, incentives and high-end events.
• Own and grow a portfolio of existing MICE clients and key accounts, turning one-off bookings into lasting partnerships.
• Create standout proposals, win RFPs and negotiate contracts that make business sense.
• Be the face of the property: trade shows, networking events, site inspections and client entertainment.
• Work hand in hand with Groups & Events, Revenue and Marketing to deliver flawlessly, every time.
• Keep a sharp eye on market trends and the competition to position the property as the MICE reference in Brussels.
