Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd in Brussels seeks a proactive Sales Account Executive/Manager to grow hotel revenue. You will manage key accounts, win new business, and drive revenue across corporate, group, and MICE segments.

The role is office-based with occasional after-hours events and travel within Belgium and abroad. French and English are essential; Dutch is a bonus; salary €50,000–€55,000 with KPI bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Fluent French and English required; Dutch is a strong advantage.
• At least three years of proven proactive sales experience.
• Hospitality or services sector experience preferred.
• Ability to develop and manage accounts and portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and retain a portfolio of client accounts.
• Identify and convert new business across groups, events, corporate, public-sector, and MICE.
• Build knowledge of accounts to tailor commercial solutions.
• Conduct proactive sales activity by phone, social media, events, and market research.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and manage opportunities to conversion.
• Develop long-term relationships and increase client contribution to hotel revenue.
• Support achievement of revenue targets and commercial strategy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, Marketing, E-commerce, Reservations and Operations.
• Represent the hotel professionally at client meetings and events in Belgium and internationally.
