Hospitality Talents in Brussels is seeking a Multi-Segment Sales Manager to lead the commercial strategy for a branded property across MICE, Corporate, Leisure and other segments. You will drive revenue growth, client retention and new business development with a focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Collaborate with events, revenue, marketing and operations to implement targeted campaigns and optimize performance across all segments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in a similar Sales Manager role in hospitality.
• Strong track record in MICE, Corporate and Leisure sales.
• Proven ability to negotiate and retain clients.
• Experience with CRM systems and data-driven planning.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute annual business plans aligned with financial goals.
• Define segment strategies for MICE, Corporate and Leisure.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities and attend B2B events.
• Manage key accounts, negotiate contracts, and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Track sales performance and prepare monthly/quarterly reports.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Revenue Management, Events and Marketing.
