Job summary

Hospitality Talents – Recruitment Agency, Bruxelles Schaarbeek, Belgium, is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the hotel's sales and marketing strategy for a branded property in Brussels.

You will drive revenue through strategic market analysis, key account management, and collaboration with the General Manager, while building a high-performing team and maximizing occupancy for rooms, events, and banquets.

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master in Hospitality Manager or another relevant hospitality study.
Demonstrate 4–5 years of progressive experience in Sales in upscale hotel environments, with 2 years in management.
Proficiency in English and French; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the hotel's sales and marketing team and drive growth.
Collaborate with the General Manager on sales strategies across market segments.
Aim to maximize occupancy for rooms, conferences, and banquets and grow revenue streams.
Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, airlines, tourist offices, and travel agencies; set and hit sales targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies.
Manage key accounts and oversee account management within the team.
Drive a culture of sales excellence and maximize sales activities.
