Job summary

Hospitality Talents, a Brussels-based recruitment agency for hospitality professionals, seeks a dynamic MICE-focused professional to drive new corporate groups, conferences and high-end events.

You will own and expand a client portfolio, craft standout proposals, and negotiate favorable contracts while representing the property at industry events and site visits.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in groups & events coordination or similar role in hospitality.
• A network of MICE clients local or international to activate from day one.
• Proactive hunting mentality with strong closing ability.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients.

Responsibilities

• Open doors: hunt new MICE business including corporate groups and events.
• Own and grow a portfolio of MICE clients and key accounts.
• Create proposals, win RFPs and negotiate contracts.
• Represent the property at trade shows and networking events.
• Collaborate with Groups & Events, Revenue and Marketing to deliver flawlessly.
• Monitor market trends to position Brussels property as MICE reference.

• Open doors: proactively hunt new MICE business— corporate groups, conferences, incentives and high-end events
• Own and grow a portfolio of existing MICEclients and key accounts, turning one-off bookings into lastingpartnerships

Requirements

What you bring

• 2–3 years in groups & events coordination(or a similar commercial role) in the hospitality sector, and you areready for the next step
• A network of MICE clients — local and/orinternational — that you can activate from day one
• A true hunter mentality: you love the chase,and you close
• Communication and negotiation skills that makeclients want to say yes
• Fluent English and French; Dutch is a strongplus, any additional language an asset
