EY Consulting in Belgium is seeking a Junior Business Transformation Consultant to support digital transformation initiatives in the financial services sector. You will help shape operating models, collaborate with architects, and assist client teams to deliver valuable outcomes.

The role emphasizes learning, autonomy, and active engagement with clients, with opportunities to grow within EY's global network and to work in a flexible hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Master degree in a relevant field (Economics, Business Management, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration…).
• Excellent knowledge of business English, and a solid level of French and/or Dutch.
• Strong team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy.
• Excellent analytical skills, conceptual thinking and pragmatic approach.
• Solid communication and presentation skills.
• A keen interest to learn more about the Financial Services market in Belgium and beyond.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients in decision-making and align with business goals.
• Contribute to the setup or improvement of operating models, policies, and processes.
• Collaborate with solution architects to design innovative solutions.
• Assist and collaborate with the engagement team to design solutions.
• Support organizational change initiatives and implementation.
• Design cost accounting methods and management reporting systems.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Act as first-line contact for financial services clients and support business development.
