Ernst & Young Belgium is seeking a Junior Technology Consultant for Financial Services to help banks, insurers and asset managers transform through digital solutions. You’ll gather requirements, translate them into functional specs, and collaborate with architects to implement innovative dashboards and workflows.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, learning-forward environment, using tools like Power Platform, SQL, Python, and R.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in a related field with affinity for cutting-edge technologies.
• Strong analytical capabilities and a pragmatic problem-solving mindset.
• Fluency in Dutch and/or French with business English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Collect and analyze business and IT requirements for Advisory projects.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and design improvements.
• Design innovative solutions with architects and implement dashboards/reports.
• Create and implement dashboards and reports in line with information guidelines.
• Advise on organizational changes and help build change strategy.
• Be first-line contact for financial services clients and maintain strong client relationships.
