EY Consulting Belgium is seeking a Junior AI and Data Consultant for Financial Services. You will engage in data-driven projects across reporting, data governance, and analytics, collaborating with cross-functional teams in risk management, digital transformation and customer experience.

The role offers exposure to modern data architectures, data warehousing and integration, with a strong focus on delivering business value from data for banking, insurance and asset management clients.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field and strong analytics background.
• Fluency in Dutch and/or French with proficient business English.
• Knowledge of relational databases and data programming languages (SQL, Python, R) and Office tools is a strong asset.
• Available to start January 2027 or September 2027.

Responsibilities

• Learn AI & Data topics across reporting, BI, data science and data strategy.
• Collect and analyze business and IT requirements for AI & Data delivery lifecycles.
• Contribute to data-driven roles, policies and processes within client organizations.
• Help design and improve components of enterprise data architectures and data migration plans.
• Collaborate with data engineers, BI experts and data scientists to deliver modern data platforms.
• Assist in preparing, developing and evaluating advanced analytics models and deployment.
• Help create dynamic dashboards and reports aligned with information guidelines.
• Serve as a first-line contact for top-tier financial services clients.
