Ernst & Young in Belgium is seeking a Junior Finance Transformation Consultant to drive CFO agendas within the Financial Services sector. You will shape Finance function strategies and operate models, while delivering process improvement and technology-enabled transformation across client engagements.

The role emphasizes collaboration, analytical thinking, and a proactive mindset, with January 2027 or September 2027 start options and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Master degree in Economics, Business Management, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent knowledge of business English, and a solid level of French and/or Dutch.
• Strong team spirit with autonomy.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Keen interest in the Belgian Financial Services market and beyond.
• Available to start January 2027 or September 2027.

Responsibilities

• Determine the Finance function strategy and operating model aligned to corporate objectives.
• Analyze and optimize Finance processes to improve efficiency and resource use.
• Leverage smart automation and Data & Analytics to build Digital Finance teams.
• Implement new technology (Cloud, ERP, GenAI and FP&A) and optimize Finance systems.
• Implement new regulations affecting Financial Services.
• Upstaffing projects by temporarily joining the client Finance department.
