Ernst & Young in Diegem, Belgium, is seeking a Junior Technology & Transformation Consultant for Tax in Financial Services. You will join a team delivering technology-enabled tax transformations for banks, insurers and asset managers, translating regulatory requirements into scalable tech solutions.

You will collaborate with tax, IT, data and consulting professionals to improve processes, automate workflows and drive data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Economics, IT, Engineering, ML, AI or Data Science.
• Fluent English; Dutch and/or French knowledge is a plus.
• Team player with strong communication and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Accurate, results‑oriented and eager to learn.

Responsabilités

• Support large-scale tax transformation and technology projects from design to implementation.
• Analyze and redesign end-to-end tax processes for automation and optimization.
• Translate tax and regulatory requirements into functional/technical specs for tech solutions.
• Collaborate with tax, IT, data and consulting teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Assist design, development, training and deployment of tax technology at scale.
• Contribute to integrating tax tech tools, data solutions and reporting platforms.
• Leverage data analytics and AI trends to enhance tax processes and decisions.
• Help clients build scalable tax operating models aligned with transformation goals.
• Stay updated on tax tech trends and identify innovative client solutions.
