EY Consulting in Belgium is seeking a Junior Business Transformation Consultant to support digital transformation initiatives in the financial services sector. You will help shape operating models, collaborate with architects, and assist client teams to deliver valuable outcomes.

The role emphasizes learning, autonomy, and active engagement with clients, with opportunities to grow within EY's global network and to work in a flexible hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Master degree in a relevant field (Economics, Business Management, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration…).
• Excellent knowledge of business English, and a solid level of French and/or Dutch.
• Strong team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy.
• Excellent analytical skills, conceptual thinking and pragmatic approach.
• Solid communication and presentation skills.
• A keen interest to learn more about the Financial Services market in Belgium and beyond.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in their decision-making processes by gathering relevant information and providing support to ensure alignment with their business goals;
• Contribute to the setup or improvement of operating models, policies, and processes across finance, supply chain, CRM, and IT governance;
• Collaborate with solution architects and technical experts to design innovative solutions that meet business requirements;
• Assist and collaborate with the engagement team to design solutions for our clients;
  
• Support organizational change initiatives by advising on strategies and assisting in implementation;
  
• Design cost accounting methods and management reporting systems, including target costing, activity-based costing, and related budgeting techniques;
  
• Translate business requirements and process designs into functional specifications;
  
• Act as a first-line contact for top-class financial services clients, maintaining excellent relationships and contributing to business development efforts by identifying potential opportunities..

Your Profile

You have/are:

• Master degree in a relevant field (e.g. Economics, Business Management, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration...);
• An excellent knowledge of business English, and a solid level of French and/or Dutch;
• Strong team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy;
• Excellent analytical skills, conceptual thinking and pragmatic approach;
• Solid communication and presentation skills;
• A keen interest to learn more about the Financial Services market in Belgium and beyond;
• Available to start in January 2027 or September 2027.
