Planet Pharma is partnering with a leading global pharmaceutical organisation to recruit an Intercontinental Medical Project Manager in Brussels. The role is 2/3 days on site and a contract through to end-2028, with potential extension.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in project management or related roles.
• Experience coordinating across multiple countries.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional medical insights committees across markets.
• Track insights; ensure follow-up and action planning.
• Support KPI tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Drive adoption of digital tools and reporting systems.
• Coordinate logistics for regional meetings and events.
• Onboard new team members joining Medical Affairs.
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration and on-schedule deliverables.
