Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Junior Medical Project Manager to support the Intercontinental region from our Brussels HQ. You will work with medical leads, country teams and global stakeholders to streamline projects, manage insights and support digital tools adoption.

The role emphasizes governance, KPI tracking and cross-functional collaboration in Immunology and Rare & Epilepsy, requiring a Master’s degree and 1–2 years PM experience, with fluent English.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
• 1–2 years in project management (junior profile).
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical insights committees across IC region.
• Track KPIs and report regional performance.
• Promote use of digital tools and data platforms.
• Assist onboarding and capability roadmaps with Global teams.
• Support logistics and coordination for medical congresses.
